tttjl Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below. Where context requires, the singular includes the plural and vice versa.

• "Account" means the personal user account registered by a Player on the tttjl platform, through which the Player accesses games, manages funds, and interacts with platform services.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds deposited and/or won by a Player and currently held in that Player's tttjl Account, excluding any bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spins, cashback offer, reload bonus, or other incentive extended by tttjl to a Player, subject to applicable wagering requirements and terms.
• "Games" means all gaming products and services offered on the tttjl platform, including but not limited to slot machines, live dealer casino games, sports betting, bingo, fishing arcade games, and e-sabong.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by PAGCOR and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government regulatory body responsible for licensing and overseeing gambling operations in the Philippines.
• "Platform" means the tttjl website, mobile interface, software, and all associated services accessible at tttjl.cam.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country or territory where accessing or using online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law or where tttjl does not hold the necessary regulatory authorization to operate.

2.1   By registering an Account on tttjl, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement, the tttjl Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules or terms applicable to specific Games or promotions offered on the Platform. All such documents are incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

2.2   If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must not create an Account or access any services on tttjl. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version.

2.3   tttjl reserves the right to require you to affirmatively re-confirm your acceptance of this Agreement or any updated version thereof at any time, including at login, as a condition of continued account access.

3.1   To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on tttjl, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) accessing the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes;
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction;
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order issued by tttjl, PAGCOR, or any other recognized gaming authority;
• You have not previously had an Account on tttjl that was terminated for breach of this Agreement;
• You have the legal capacity under the laws of your jurisdiction to enter into a binding contract.

3.2   tttjl reserves the right to request documentary proof of your age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period as notified by tttjl may result in suspension or closure of your Account and withholding of any Balance pending completion of verification.

4.1   Each individual may register only one Account on tttjl. The operation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of Balances.

4.2   You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and throughout the duration of your Account. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change. tttjl shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate Account information.

4.3   You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any authentication credentials with any third party. tttjl will never request your password through any channel, including customer support communications.

4.4   You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorized by you, unless you have promptly notified tttjl of unauthorized access. Upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access or suspected compromise of your Account, you must contact tttjl's support team immediately.

5.1   All deposits into your tttjl Account must be made through payment methods approved and displayed by the Platform at the time of the transaction. Approved methods include, but are not limited to, GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and Visa/Mastercard cards. tttjl reserves the right to modify the available payment methods at any time without prior notice.

5.2   The minimum deposit amount is Philippine Peso (PHP) 100 per transaction, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion. tttjl does not impose platform-side fees on standard deposits; however, fees levied by your financial institution or payment provider are your sole responsibility.

5.3   Funds deposited into your tttjl Account are not investments and do not accrue interest. tttjl holds Player funds in accounts maintained separately from the company's operational funds in compliance with PAGCOR requirements.

5.4   Withdrawal requests are processed only through the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to the same-channel policy required by Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. Withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification. tttjl aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Platform; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and any compliance review requirements.

5.5   tttjl reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending the completion of identity verification, compliance review, or investigation of potential prohibited conduct. In such circumstances, tttjl will notify you of the delay and the reason, where disclosure is permitted by law.

• Deposits must originate from payment accounts held in your own name;
• Third-party deposits (funding your tttjl Account from an account belonging to another person) are prohibited;
• Chargebacks initiated without prior dispute resolution through tttjl's support channels are treated as a breach of this Agreement;
• tttjl may impose maximum withdrawal limits per transaction or per period as published on the Platform cashier section.

6.1   tttjl may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, free spins, cashback awards, reload offers, loyalty rewards, and other promotional incentives to Players. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions published at the time the promotion is offered. Where a conflict exists between those specific terms and this Agreement, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

6.2   All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. tttjl will clearly display the wagering requirements applicable to each promotion before a Player opts in.

6.3   The following conduct constitutes Bonus Abuse and is expressly prohibited:

• Creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion more than once;
• Placing bets that exploit bonus terms without genuine intent to play, including low-risk hedging strategies designed to minimize wagering contribution while satisfying turnover requirements;
• Coordinating with other Players to complete wagering requirements through collusive play;
• Using automated software or betting bots to satisfy wagering requirements.

6.4   Where tttjl determines that Bonus Abuse has occurred, tttjl reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, cancel winnings derived from that bonus, and close the Account of the Player involved, without prior notice.

6.5   Bonuses that have not been utilized within their stated validity period will expire automatically without compensation. tttjl is not obligated to provide advance notice of bonus expiry beyond the terms stated at the time of the offer.

7.1   All Games offered on tttjl are operated in accordance with the rules published within the respective Game interface and the broader rules of each game category. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before placing wagers.

7.2   A wager placed on tttjl is binding once confirmed by the Platform's gaming system. tttjl shall not be liable for Player errors including, but not limited to, selecting the wrong game, staking an unintended amount, or misunderstanding game rules.

7.3   In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or system failure that affects the integrity or outcome of a Game, tttjl reserves the right to void the affected round(s) and return the wagered amount to the Player's Balance. Winnings generated during a confirmed system malfunction may be voided.

7.4   For sports betting, all wagers are subject to the sportsbook rules published in the sports betting section of the Platform, including rules governing void bets, postponed events, incomplete events, and payout calculations. In-play bets accepted after a material change in match status (such as a goal or red card that was not reflected in the odds at the time of the bet) may be voided at tttjl's discretion.

7.5   Maximum win limits may apply to individual Games or wager types. These limits are published within the respective Game interface and in the Platform's general rules documentation.

8.1   The following conduct is strictly prohibited on tttjl. Engagement in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to the relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification;
• Registering or operating more than one Account;
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with the Platform, or circumvent security measures;
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to achieve unfair advantage in any Game;
• Deliberately exploiting software errors, RNG vulnerabilities, or payout table anomalies;
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the Platform's security infrastructure;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the experience of other Players or the orderly operation of the Platform;
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks against deposits made to your tttjl Account.

8.2   tttjl employs fraud detection and game integrity monitoring systems. Detection of prohibited conduct may not result in immediate visible action; tttjl may monitor a suspected Account for a period before taking enforcement steps to gather sufficient evidence for appropriate action including, where warranted, legal proceedings.

9.1   All content on the tttjl Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, text, graphics, logos, game assets, audio content, video content, and the overall Platform design — is owned by or licensed to tttjl and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international conventions.

9.2   Your use of the Platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any Platform content in any manner not expressly authorized by tttjl.

9.3   The tttjl name, logo, and all associated trademarks are proprietary marks of tttjl. Unauthorized use of any tttjl trademark is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Philippine intellectual property law.

10.1   tttjl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the tttjl Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference, and in compliance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines and its implementing rules and regulations.

10.2   By using tttjl, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including data shared with PAGCOR and other regulatory authorities as required by Philippine law and tttjl's operating license conditions.

10.3   tttjl maintains technical and organizational security measures designed to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. All data transmissions between your device and tttjl servers are encrypted using industry-standard SSL encryption.

10.4   For full details of how tttjl collects, uses, stores, and shares your personal information, please refer to the tttjl Privacy Policy.

11.1   tttjl operates in full compliance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework and the conditions of its operating license. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players, accessible from the Account settings panel at no charge:

• Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits;
• Session time alerts and automatic session time limits;
• Cooling-off periods (temporary account access restrictions from 24 hours to 30 days);
• Reality check reminders at configurable intervals;
• Self-exclusion (voluntary account closure for a minimum of 6 months or on a permanent basis).

11.2   Once a self-exclusion is activated, tttjl will take reasonable steps to ensure the Player cannot access their Account, including removal from marketing communications. Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period. Players who breach a self-exclusion by creating new Accounts will have all such Accounts closed and Balances forfeited.

11.3   tttjl strictly enforces the minimum age requirement of 21 years. Age verification is conducted at account registration and may be re-verified at any time. tttjl will not knowingly permit any person under the age of 21 to open or use an Account.

12.1   To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, tttjl's total aggregate liability to you arising from or related to this Agreement — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.2   tttjl shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising from:

• Your use of or inability to access the Platform due to internet connectivity issues, device compatibility limitations, or third-party service disruptions;
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials;
• Any decision you make based on information, statistics, or data displayed on the Platform;
• Errors in translation, typographical errors, or pricing errors in game displays that tttjl corrects promptly upon discovery;
• Gambling losses incurred during normal operation of certified RNG gaming systems.

12.3   Nothing in this Agreement shall limit tttjl's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

13.1   You may close your tttjl Account at any time by contacting customer support and requesting closure. Upon closure, any remaining verified Balance (net of applicable bonus amounts that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you through your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe subject to completion of any pending compliance review.

13.2   tttjl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• Reasonable suspicion of prohibited conduct, fraud, or money laundering;
• Request or direction from PAGCOR or a competent court or authority;
• Activity from a Restricted Jurisdiction;
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months (dormant account policy applies).

13.3   Where an Account is closed due to confirmed breach of this Agreement, tttjl reserves the right to forfeit the Account Balance. Where closure is made for reasons unrelated to Player breach (such as regulatory direction), any verified Balance will be returned in full through the appropriate channel.

14.1   tttjl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via the email address or mobile number registered to their Account, with a minimum notice period of seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect, unless a shorter notice period is required by PAGCOR regulation or applicable law.

14.2   The current effective version of these Terms is published on the Platform and is identified by the version number and effective date shown at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the amendment takes effect.

15.1   This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The English language version of this Agreement is the controlling version and shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency with any translation.

15.2   In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement or the use of the tttjl Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through tttjl's customer support escalation process. The parties agree to make reasonable good faith efforts to resolve disputes informally before initiating formal proceedings.

15.3   If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal escalation process within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism in accordance with PAGCOR's published procedures for player complaints against licensed operators.

15.4   For matters not resolvable through the PAGCOR mechanism, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

16.1   For questions regarding these Terms and Conditions, disputes, account matters, or responsible gaming support, you may contact tttjl through the following channels:

16.2   Formal legal notices from you to tttjl must be submitted in writing via email to the address specified above and will be deemed received on the next business day following confirmed transmission. tttjl may deliver notices to you at the email address or mobile number registered to your Account, and such notices will be deemed received upon transmission.
